Imarc elevated Metro Credit Union’s online presence and brand by creating a modern look and feel that represents its expertise and comprehensive offerings.

Creating an educational cornerstone
One of Imarc's key objectives was to establish an outlet to deliver financial education and guidance to nurture member relationships and engage site visitors. The site is intended to promote self-service for existing members, as well as attract and educate prospective new members.

Imarc worked hand in hand with Metro Credit Union to integrate with COCC. We anticipate bigger integrations such as live chat and Spanish translations in the second phase. Meeting all accessibility requirements, the new site is incredibly fast and easy to use, while also providing an enjoyable customer experience.

Metro Credit Union has grown to over 200,000 members since its original 35 members founded it in 1926. Imarc and Metro Credit Union partnered to elevate the firm’s online presence and construct a modern, professional website that accurately reflects Metro Credit Union’s core values.
