Since 2013, Imarc has provided enterprise-level support to Atlantic Broadband, the eighth largest Internet, television, and phone service provider in the U.S. Our teams have worked together to launch new products and optimize the features and functionality of the website. After years of a successful relationship, Atlantic Broadband selected Imarc as their Agency of Record: the sole agency to deliver all aspects of their online presence.
Since Imarc stepped into our role as Atlantic Broadband’s digital agency, we have provided web development services for both their consumer website and complex enterprise-level internal systems. Imarc's dedicated team also supports Atlantic Broadband by providing engineering and creative support for technical business initiatives. The focus points of this relationship include continued security compliance measures, initiatives to increase conversion, and user experience improvements.
Strategy and Planning
Imarc conducted deep audits of the telecommunication industry to re-engineer key website functionality that would better support the customer journey and purchasing process. Using industry benchmarks in performance and design, Imarc created a design for Atlantic Broadband that paired engineering with a functional expert user interface (UI). Imarc produced interactive design comps that allowed the Atlantic Broadband team to experience the new site before its implementation.
An easy-to-use UI was important to create a seamless experience for customers. To better support the needs of its target audience, the website navigation was overhauled to suit individuals that were accessing the site from any device including desktop or mobile. Imarc also crafted an interactive quiz and created a new online buy-flow to help increase internet conversions.
Imarc’s creative team assisted in supporting the design of the new presentation collateral and ensured that all materials and website items aligned with the brand guidelines. The team continues to provide Atlantic Broadband with support in creative visualizations for product marketing and other technical design feedback.
From a development perspective, the Imarc team has focused closely on Atlantic Broadband’s website and a number of internal business systems to stabilize the environment and increase efficiency. We made sure that through some modifications to the code base we were able to establish a solid technical foundation for Atlantic Broadband and have worked to meet faster deployment timelines and improved site speeds.
