What more could you ask for?! (Other than a kitchen filled with snacks and a dog-friendly environment, which Imarc also has. So yeah, nothing more needed.)
Coming from a super small agency where everyone had to wear multiple hats, I was ecstatic to learn that Imarc has (gasp!) designated departments for Business Development, Marketing, UX, Creative and Engineering. It may seem like an obvious requirement, but many digital agencies skimp out on at least one or two of these departments, leaving gaps in the project cycle and, as a result, a not-so-great end product. Imarc follows a tried and true project process that incorporates each department and has the success stories to prove it (2017 Nielsen Design Award winner, anyone?!).
I’ve been especially impressed to see the emphasis Imarc places on the Strategy phase, led by the UX team. This is something that is often overlooked by most digital agencies. Strategy is absolutely critical in defining a blueprint for an application or website. Definitive goals, a comprehensive competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews and documented IA are all key deliverables produced during Strategy. In today’s era of progressive-pushing web design, user experience is of utmost importance and Imarc’s UX team is constantly delivering world-class solutions.
That, combined with the best creative team in the biz and an engineering team who can literally build anything, Imarc has exceeded my expectations and continues to impress me every day. I also can’t forget to mention our talented Biz Dev and Marketing teams who continuously bring us outstanding clients and projects to flex our chops on.
