Founded in 2019, myOrthos is a next-generation orthodontic service organization (OSO) that empowers orthodontists to reach their full personal, professional, and financial potential by providing expert business support so doctors can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
In short: You treat the patients – we handle the details.
However, OSOs are often seen as too corporate and focused on finances rather than patient experience. Many doctors assume that once an OSO has acquired their practice, the OSO will take over, replace staff, and cause friction within the practice.
myOrthos is different, and they want to prove it.
Our challenge was positioning myOrthos as the premier choice for Orthodontists while building brand recognition as they aim to acquire 300 more practices this year.
Smiles that inspire
Imarc’s creative team and strategists collaborated with myOrthos to workshop the brand's core. Imarc’s team then developed the brand strategy, including copy and visual identity, to extend the brand core and enforce the ethos of myOrthos.
The myOrthos website was completely redesigned, along with a fresh tagline, updated typography, and a new color palette. The visual elements of the brand create a people-focused sense of warmth, humanity, and playfulness, while the copy inspires authenticity with a friendly and helpful brand voice.
Our work positions myOrthos as a premier platform for growth, community, and above all, patient care.
